Huilin Chen
Huilin Chen founded EduCare Taiwan in 2018 to help Indian students access higher education opportunities in Taiwan through transparent and student-focused guidance.
With a professional background in semiconductor recruitment and international consultancy, she brings over 25 years of experience working across international markets. Her experience led her to recognize the need for an education consultancy that prioritizes students’ academic interests over commercial incentives.
The Vision Behind EduCare Taiwan
EduCare Taiwan was established to simplify the process of pursuing higher education in Taiwan for Indian students. The aim was to provide reliable information, personalized university shortlisting, and guidance throughout the admission process, helping students make informed decisions about their academic future.

Since 2018, EduCare Taiwan has grown into a leading platform connecting Indian students with higher education and research opportunities in Taiwan.
